Get online support
I have received text to connect the NBN box and modem. I did this and waited 2hrs but no internet connection. The blue lights were still intermittently flashing and the NBN box also made a clicking sound.. Is there anything I can do to resolve or do I need a technician to come and fix the issue and get the internet up and running?
