NBN Battery Replacement

Can you please tell me whether TPG pays for the battery replacement in the NBN box or do I have to pay?

Hi @hay13, 

We appreciate your query. 

The NBN battery is usually covered with a 2-year warranty from the original NBN installation date. Afterwards, any replacement will be shouldered by the customer.
