NBN Bundles Phone Not Working

I've just got my NBN installed on 05/05. My internet is now working fine but phone line is not working. I've tried plugged the phone in port phone 1 and 2 on the modem and restart the modem too but no help so far. Also when plugged in, there's no light showing on both Phone 1 and 2. Please take a look to see what's going on with my phone service. If can't fix please cancel my phone service and keep the internet only, I don't want to pay for an extra service that doesn't work.

Hi Peter,

Just tried again this morning and the phone is working now. Not sure what changed but it's all good now. Thanks.
