I have just received my modem however no NBN Connection box and so i cant set up the modem yet. How do i go about receiving one of these ?

The installation will be completed once the NBN box is installed. You may track the installation status here, https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder.
To better understand the status of installation, send us your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
