When will my NBN service be activated?

Hello - i was wondering when my NBN will be activated?

 

We moved into our new house on saturday, 31 October. 

 

The house already had NBN and the black box.

 

We received an email from TPG on 31 October entitled "NBN Bundle Installation Confirmed" as well as a text message with video instructions for NBN HFC connection.

 

I followed those instructions but no internet1 solid green light on the NBN box, and 2 flashing green lights. 

 

Appreciate any advice you can give.
