NBN Co have installed the external box on a brick wall but it is on my neighbours' property. I asked to be consulted before the external box was installed - this did not happen. I've been going backwards and forwards trying to get the external box relocated before completing my NBN connection to no avail.

In order to check if the NBN Box (PCD) that is installed outside is for your service or your neighbours', you need to contact NBN Co directly to verify and for them to send a technician to move the device.
