Since NBN was installed I have not been able to use my landline - it is plugged into the Phone 1 port on the router. When I try to make a call all I get is a continuous tone rather than a dial tone. Not sure if removing the ADSL phone connections would help.

Hi BasilDV I can verify that the PCD is installed for my property as my neighbours' have cable. I contacted NBN Co yesterday and they told me to contact TPG... Thank you for your reply

NBN Co have installed the external box on a brick wall but it is on my neighbours' property. I asked to be consulted before the external box was installed - this did not happen. I've been going backwards and forwards trying to get the external box relocated before completing my NBN connection to no avail. NBN Co external box
