I had my nbn connected in may and it has been working fine. My neighbour was trying to get NBN and it said he is already connected. THe NBN guy came today and said that my nbn box is the wrong address. I am 26a Partridge street lalor victoria my neighbour is 26 Partridge street lalor victoria. My tpg account has the correct address. But according to the NBN guy my box has been connected for 26 not 26a. As a result my neighbour cannot have nbn. Can the address be changed or do I need a new box installed?
