For some reason the nbn connection I have is unstable and often connects and disconnects multiple times throughout the day. THIS STARTED HAPPENING FOR THE LAST WEEK OR TWO, NOT SURE IF THERE IS ANY MAINTENANCE AROUND MY AREA COZ I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTIFICATIONS.
At times, there is no connection for several minutes at a time.
Can this please be investigated?

If the service is not affected by an outage based on our Service Status page.
Then we need to run some tests to find out what's causing the dropouts.
