Get online support
I've just received my NBN connection device and modem.
The instructions sent via email tell me to plug these in and connect them up; then wait 24 hours for the service to be activated.
Do I need to keep the equipment plugged in for these 24 hours? Or can I plug the existing ADSL device back in? Will the ADSL still work?
(Currently WFH and cannot afford a 24 hour network outage.)
