NBN FTTC Not Working after Setup

My NBN equipment arrived friday. Have setup both the modem and NBN box as instructed. All 4 lights are blue on the NBN box but modem internet light is not on therefore I have no access. Can't get phone or chat support, have written 2 emails with no reply. Confined to home as I was have Multiple Sclerosis. Friday they turned off my adsl so I'm 5 days without internet access. Can anyone help please?
