NBN FTTC installation missing NBN Box

I’m trying to set up my new Modem, provided by TPG, but the internet light won’t turn on, despite the text message I received from TPG saying the installation was complete. I looked on the Website at my plan and it says I have an FTTC (fibre to the curve) plan, but was never given an NBN box, nor do I have one present in the house. Why is this and how do I get one ASAP?

We were able to locate your account and checked your location ID.

It shows that it is under the service class 34, which means the NBN NCD box has been installed and it is for remote activation.

 

If the NBN NCD box is nowhere to be found, then we might need to raise this with our NBN Provisioning team.
