A two hour wait on hold then to get told a high volume of calls and hung up on! What a pain. I have a NDD-0300 modem that is just flashing blue connect light then red and you can hear relays clicking inside the the cycle starts again. I have tried all the documented help. We had a hefty storm through our area but I unplugged everything before to storm was bad.
I have followed all the trouble shooting instruction during the first two hour wait on the phone and checked to outage web site as recommended. After another hour wait this morning for a call back I finally spoke to a support member. They have done line tests and are going to escalate the issue to NBN and the engineers. So up to 24 hour wait.
