NBN FTTN 50 frequent/irregular dropouts

I have been on this plan for some time now but it's getting tough tolerating with it. The connection keeps dropping out but the timing is very irregular. Sometimes there are days when its perfect, then there are days when the dropouts happen multiple times a day. I am using the modem provided by TPG. Please help

I ran initial tests and it shows a possible line issue causing dropouts on your service.
