NBN FTTN - trouble Locating grey box outside the property to move internal phone socket

RichTill

I'm trying to move the internal socket at our townhouse - I've had a cabling specialist come out to have a look but we could not locate the external grey box (see below photo of what i'm speaking of) - the other townhouses have them outside the front door but we appear not to..

Any clues if we could be shared with the neighbour or if anyone else has struggled to locate this on their property - there are a number of sockets around the house the one we use downstairs looks to be a CAT5 cable coming from somewhere else the two upstairs look to be the traditional phone socket style set up...

Hi @RichTill

Welcome to the Community!

In order to locate the Luca box for your NBN FTTN service, you need to contact NBN Co.

We installed the service via remote activation way back 2020, which we don't have any information of the location of the Luca box.

NBN Co will be able to provide you information on the whereabouts of your Luca box.

Hey BasilDV!

I went to NBNCo first their contact us page referres almost everything back to the provider - when you do go to the contact us page online there are no options other than for requesting to move or remove equipment or a freephone number that no one answers...

If you had some contact details that I can use that would be most helpful...
