NBN Internet connection after activation

Hi,

We have been advised that our NBN connection is now active however after 2 hours the internet light is still not on.

Can you help please?

Hi whsmoreskills1,

 

Have you check the set up?. you need to check on NBN NTD (black box) 4 green lights before plug the TPG modem (blue port).
