NBN (NCD) installation on 30/04/20 but didn’t receive the modem yet

Hi,
My installation is scheduled on 30/04/20 at 1-5 pm but i haven’t received the modem shipment email yet, which means my modem has not been dispatched yet.
Can i please ask if it will be dispatched and delivered before 30/04 ?

Your modem order is in our sytems but has not yet been shipped.

It is usually next business day for metro deliveries.
