NBN NFC installation. Green lights on the NBN box but no DSL or internet on router.

Hi,

I have just moved apartments in the last week. I got a SMS from tpg telling me that my NBN was awaiting activation at my new place, I plugged in my router to the NBN box and all five lights are green, I plugged the cable into the blue Wan port, same set up that worked at my old place, but the router displays no internet connection.

Not sure if I am doing anything wrong, any help would be appreciated, thankyou.
