Hi! My Modem has been been connected for the last week and internet light has not turned on. I called TPG 3 times in this week and was asked to send my lease agreement as there was an NBN connection to the property that was not mine that needed to be cancelled. Just enquiring how long this will take as I need to be working from home next week?
