NBN Router with Voip for MacBook Air. Refuses to log on saying password not accepted. I am using the default n/w & p/w. Spent the day trying to resolve. All lights on Modem and Router. Talked to my IT Brother In Law. Rang TPG .... too busy. Emailed helpdesk at 10am, no answer yet. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi @Nini . Are you trying to connect a wifi device to the wifi network? The wifi network name and password is on a label on the router.

Are you trying to login to the admin function on the router? The admin userid and password are on the same label.

Are you trying to configure the router to connect to the internet? Use your TPG username and password (the ones you use for My Account and Post Office).
