NBN account activation

Hi there, 

 

I switched from 5G wireless back to NBN, and a new account was setup in the afternoon of 28 May 2023, but still my application hasn't gone through and my account still not activated. 

 

I called several times, but it seems still not activated yet. 

 

Could you please help me get activated and connected?
