NBN has completed the install of NBN box at my premises. I have tried ringing and chatting for a long time today however no response - being a new customer I am very nervous now as one of the reason for joining TPG was it strong custmer service reviews.
Can you please urgently advise:
1) when you will you activate the service or is this something I can do?
2) will you send someone to set the modem up or is it self-install?
Please assist asap as I have old relatives who rely on internet, thanks.
