NBN activation

Hi. I received the text to connect the nbn box and modem, however at the moment the best I get on the nbn box is three lights intermittently and no internet light on the modem at all. Any ideas what the issue is given that I need to work from home at the moment so a quick response would be great. Thanks

Your NBN order is still showing in progress. Can you please confirm your modem and NBN NCD is connected like the image below and powered on? NBN need to be able to detect your NBN NCD, please leave this connected and powered on.

Yes it’s connected in the same way as the image and has been since midday.
