NBN active but we cant see you online

Technician came in, installed NBN box, hook up my router, and now we have connection. But i received this message from tpg that they cant see me online. An i missing something?

Hello,

I’m getting the same email notifications as the topic starter - could you please check?

A technician came in on 3 December to install the NBN box (previous tenants must have took it with them when moving out). He plugged in the TPG modem I used previously and internet is working fine through WiFi. Installation is showing as currently in progress.
