NBN box failed to connect.

Received the sms confirmation to connect. Upon connecting as instructed, the NBN box lights #2&3 are continuously flashing and the internet light on the router has not lit up. Please help/resolve asap. Thanks

   Arranged NBN tech to your home, please keep using TPG ADSL, until NBN tech come,
