NBN connection box

I recently moved to a new property and signed up for an nbn plan and received my new modem today.



However, I have not received an nbn network connection device and am unable to install the modem.



Can you please advise how I get the NBN connection box?

I have checked and your NBN-HFC 50/20 install for the service at 3056 is progressing.

On HFC, you will need a black NTD + modem.

Can you confiorm that there is NO Cable NTD on site at your address?

Hi David, thanks for replying. I have the NBN coaxial wall socket but no box or cables. Guessing last tennants or real estate took these

No worries.

I will arrange for a replacement NTD to be shipped to you.

It will take 1-2 days to arrive in metro areas once shipped and you should receive a tracking number.
