NBN connection box

Hi,

I have received my modem but no nbn connection box. Will this be sent separately?

I’m asking because my property has had nbn connected before with last owners. However, there is no nbn connection box here.

Lastly, is my nbn active? I received a message with a video link to install but was not sure if this meant it is active.
