NBN connection device has not arrived

I received the modem for NBN use today but have not received a NBN connection device as yet. What happens now, do I just wait for it to turn up?

We have located the account using your community details.


Your address is classified to be on Service Class 32, which means that it is serviceable by FTTC and there's a need to connect the service from the pit upto your first telephone socket.


Thus, a technician will be required to do this job and will also bring the NCD on the installation date.


We have already made a follow up with our Provisioning Team and you will receive further updates regarding the technician visit schedule via email or SMS.
