NBN connection down

Is NBN down in Ipswich QLD. I haven't been able to connect since this morning. None of my equipment can connect to the internet. Re-started both gateway and modem and still no internet.

Please note I've already checked the NBN status page and no outages for Ipswich.

Still no internet. I rang TPG and informed them as the NBN box is now showing a flashing red connection light. It has now been escalated and I'm currently awaiting resolution.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection
