NBN connection keeps drop out

My NBN connection is dropping out intermittently for several min and then reconnects itself.This is happening from last few weeks, I sit beside the modem for 15 mins and found that the internet light is back after it gone off for 15 seconds and it will be gone off again after 15 mins or 30 mins if lucky enough.I have checked that there are no NBN planned outgages. I have also replaced a new modem router and all the data cable. I presume and suspect it is the problem from the NBN Box. Please kindly advise the required action to be done to correct this issue.
