My NBN installation appointment was schedulled on 11/1 1-5 pm, I have been home waiting and waiting , no one showed up , no phone calls and no text messages. I rang TPG and all you can do was reschedulle the appointment. But the next available appointment is 23/2, this is a month later and that was beyond ridiculous.
I started my application on end of December last year, it's not my fault that the technician did not showed up , you should have sent someone over soon. I rang again and again and all the response I got was " I've escalated , blah blah blah," " There is nothing I can do...". This is really frustrating, I really need internet conncetion in order to get my baby camera works to monitor my baby, please help.
