Hello. I have completed my nbn setup. 
I have no nvm service. 
I still have broadband service. 
how long will the changeover take?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but it shows that there's a possible fault within the NBN network.

We'll raise this with our NBN service delivery team and a case manager will be in touch with you tomorrow to further discuss the case as there's a possibility that an NBN technician will be requested to visit the site.
