NBN connecton device connection issue.

My NBN connection box has connection problem.

DSL blue light is blinking and internet right is red light blinking quicky.

I can not connect to internet so how can I resolve this issue?

I turn off NBN connection device 3 times and before reboot I was waiting 5 minuntes.

I never change internet modem setting AC1600.
