Get online support
so, my internet dropped out earlier today, then fixed itself for about 2 hours, then went dark again... looked at the NBN Black box and there is no lights on, at all. so i unplugged it, tried a different socket, still nothng. tried a different wall outlet, still nothing... followed the tips online about rebooting the modem, unplugging it from the wall and the inlet on the box, leaving it for several minutes then plugging it back in.. still nothing.
what can i do?! no internet during the christmas break is gonna break meeeee!! halp!
