How do I get an NBN connector device?

Im moving to an address which has FTTC.....there is no NBN connector device, how do I get one ?

We were able to locate your account using your community details.
Your address was tagged as Service class 34, which means that the wall plate and NBN NCD box is in place. The NBN NCD should not be taken or sold as it is nbn™ property.
If the NCD box is missing, we will raise this with our Provisioning Team which will then be raised to NBN Co. A Case Manager will be in touch with you within 24 to 48 hours as soon as an update becomes available.
