Hi guys We are wondering why our NBN is not working for 12-16 hours a day. It occiasionally turns on but not for long enough for us to use the internet. Both household members are trying to work and study from home at the moment and it is impossible to do so without internet. We called you about a month ago, and you organised a technician to come out only to cancel it as "the problem resolved itself" which is clearly not the case.
