NBN fttc service is down

My nbn service has been down since 6:30pm yesterday. Checked nbn outages page and the phone line does not work either. The nbn modem link light is red and cycles thru the other blue lights and back to link light red. Placed an online support email but had no response. Pls assist to check if a fault in connection.
