I had NBN installed yesterday, and have conncted everything properly but I do not have the green internet light on the modem. I got a text message saying that the NBN service may be part of an outage. Is there any updates and when can i expect internet?

In your case, your service was affected by an NBN network outage on the 19th February 2020, but was resolved after an NBN field technician attended the site and restored the service.
However, your connection did not work due to a faulty modem. A replacement modem has been requested and your assigned Engineer will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call once an update becomes available.
