NBN Technician Not Showing Up

I had my NBN installation booked today from 1-5pm. I had received all texts confirming that the technician would need access to my property, and for me to be home. The technician never showed. I called TPG after 5pm and they confirmed he would be coming. An hour later, no contact whatsoever from TPG, the technician still hasn’t shown up, and three attempted calls to TPG left me on call waiting.
Just checking to see which other internet providers people recommend on here, in the event that this continues and I need to just jump ship.
