NBN hasn’t installed

Yesterday I got my service active (FTTP) and I am yet to receive confirmation that NBN is installed. I was told by one of the workers at TPG when signing up that it would be ready yesterday?

Is the Optical light on your NBN NTD flashing green?
You should now get a text (SMS) saying all ready

After that, you need to disconnect the router's DSL port and link the router's WAN port with the NTD box Uni-D1 port, after which the NTD box orange Uni-D1 light should be amber.

The optical light isn’t flashing, just solid green. The uni-d light is solid amber colour.
