I purchased an NBN plan on 26 March .I have gotten modem but i checked installation status just now that it says my installation is “progressing" andI don't have NBN connection box at my home.
Can someone please confirm when NBN service will be actived? Do i have get technician to install NBN connection box? If so, can you please contact me for appoint the NBN connection installation?
