NBN installation keep wasting my time

TPG made an appointment to my at 15/11/2018 1-5pm. So I asked a leave and wait at home. But they didn't come at all. I called TPG twice between 4-5pm and both answers are "please be patient."  Then did not attend eventually. now They send me messages said they rescheduled to 22/11/2018. I don't have leaves any more and they don't even care to explain or apologise. I am so pissed off. Waste my time and arrogant.
