NBN installation problems

Please activate my service. I have had my new nbn modem plugged in for a week now and I still have no internet! I get daily text messages from TPG to install the modem when already is, just no internet. Not happy

What lights are lit on the NBN connection device?

So, you also have the wifi router supplied by TPG connected to the NBN box?
