NBN installation status

I received NBN modem, but there hasn't been any notification of installation. On the status page, it says that installation is in progressing, but there hasn't been any emails or furthur notices. When I joined the service, I was told that I will get an email to schedule the appointment for installation, but there hasn't been any. I wonder how I could check the service status.

We do send email and SMS notifications regarding installation status. Nevertheless, we can check on yours. Send us a private message with your TPG customer ID or username and we can discuss it from there.
