NBN installation

I received my modem today. I don’t have the NBN box or a coaxial port. Am I supposed to wait to be contacted or should I call someone?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and your location is registered under the service class 24, which means that the NBN NTD and the coaxial line should be in place.

If there's no NTD or coaxial port, then will raise this with our NBN Service delivery team for further discussion.

Definitely no connection box and just the old Telstra port. Are they able to use that?
