NBN installation

Hi there, I have just setup our new nbn modem and network connection device. I have checked it is all setup correctly and waited for 3 days but there is no green internet light on the modem and the connections device is still flashing not solid lights. What are the next steps to solve this?

The Network connection device also appears to be continuously restarting every so often.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our Provisioning team.

Your new address is under the NBN FTTC technology, which the NBN NTD box (ARRIS) that you've brought from your old address will not work as it is not compatible.

A new NBN NCD box has been requested and will be shipped to you in order to activate the service.
