NBN installation

I have not requested to activate the NBN service to my new home as it is still in construction.

I was advised to do it after three weeks and called multiple times to confirm the same.

I don't want to lose the internet connection to my existing home. Please help to fix this issue.

Even called level2 supervisor, but nothing resolved yet
