NBN installation

I had a NBN technician come in today to solve the previous NBN connection problem. However he told me he couldn’t connect to internet as another technician has to come and do some more work. He also told me that it would happen later this week and that my internet provider will contact me but no one from TPG has reached out to me.

Based on the latest log on file, we've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Provisioning Case Manager and advised that the installation has been rescheduled next week, Tuesday, 18 February 2020, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
