NBN installation

I made a call to connect NBN. The guy on the call said they will do it in 10 days as there is waiting period for NBN coz of high demand. I haven’t received any call or email after that call and it’s been more than 10 days. I have been paying for my 4G and going to be broke soon if i keep on waiting 😩.
