To progress installation i have recive dths email from TPG - Do you have an active phone or internet connection at (my address)? If yes, please provide the active phone or a ULL ID.
No explanation of what a ULL ID is or where to find it!
Hi @MB1 . Do you have a landline telephone number at your address? Or an ADSL connection which also needs a telephone number? If yes, just send them that. If you don't have one, tell them that also.
TPG should be asking Telstra for ULL. It is some internal identification of your address. Neither you nor I would know who to call in Telstra to find that.
